Even though it is snowy and cold, Spring is on the way! Some of you say it can’t be too soon.  After a long winter you realize that just taking a walk should not be taken for granted. Here are 5 places to go for a nice walk.

It is good to remember to stretch before you go out for a long walk. If you do stretch and still have some foot pain, after you exercise give our office a call at (845) 298-9074, or  click her for an appointment request. That way you can still enjoy the Spring and Summer season.

The Dutchess Rail Trail starts in Hopewell Junction and winds it’s way through Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie and ends on the other side of the river in Highland.  This paved walkway is for all types of foot travel.  Whether it be walking, jogging, riding a bike or even roller blading. The best part is going over the bridge to Highland where you can see for miles in both directions.
