Lately, we have been hearing from our patients how hard it is to get in touch with their doctors. We also hear how hard it is to get an appointment, and when you do, your time with the doctor is very limited. It seems like the doctor just can’t spend sufficient time with the patients anymore, especially doctors in the largest medical groups,. With the way things are changing in healthcare, it seems like this trend is more the norm than the exception.

At Hollowbrook Foot Specialist, we strive to provide that personal treatment for our patients. Call our office and you will instantly see what I am referring to – everyone you come in contact with treats you with care and compassion.
It’s those little things that make the difference. We provide personal calls for appointment reminders, email reminders the day before your appointment, and we now provide same day text messages as reminders, too. We have been told many times how grateful people are for the reminders that they are sent!
Since our parking lot is right outside our building, we are also able to offer wheelchair service. For anyone that doesn’t have a wheelchair, we will meet you at your car door with a wheelchair, if needed. Now that’s Red Carpet treatment!
If you are in pain or think you have an infection (like an infected ingrown toenail) we will make sure that you are seen by the doctor that day. If you are in pain we are here to help you. We will always try to squeeze you in somewhere.
We also have medicines available in our office so that you don’t need to make a special trip to the pharmacy. A lot of our patients have found this very convenient.

In our waiting room you will see a large assortment of shoes. These shoes aren’t for diabetics only. We have extra extra wide shoes and even narrow shoes for that hard to find size. If your heel is thinner than the rest of your foot, we have special shoes just for you! We will measure your foot to make sure you get the right size shoe. You would be surprised to see how many people wear shoes that are too small! Part of our Red Carpet treatment.
